Designed for those who seek the finest wellness experience without long-term commitment, our Guest Membership offers flexibility and exclusivity.

Family Membership

Come together as a family to embark on a harmonious wellness journey.

Note: We are unable to offer memberships to children under the age of 16.

Child is considered an individual between the age of 16-18, or over 18 for university students (dependants).

Corporate Membership

Bespoke packages and add-ons are available for corporate memberships. Our team will be happy to discuss your individual requirements and tailor a corporate package accordingly.

SIGNING UP

Step 1: Apply

Submit your membership application online via our website.

Step 2: Familiarise

Your personal host will be in touch to arrange your initial visit. Here, you will have a tour of the facilities, meet with coaches and finalise membership set up.

Step 3: Welcome

A thorough fitness induction will track, measure and plan your physical wellness goals – and ensure that you are familiar with the state-of-the-art equipment.

Once completed, you are ready to start your wellness journey with us. You could begin by booking your complimentary personal training session, then take advantage of RSD 12,100 credit in the spa… or perhaps you’ll choose to simply relax and unwind by the pool.

Note: we are able to combine step 2 and step 3 into one visit, if preferred.

How can I apply for a membership, and what is the process?

Simply apply here and we will contact you within 2-3 days.

Can I pause/freeze my membership if I am travelling or unable to use the facilities for an extended period?

It is possible to freeze a membership for four weeks (for annual memberships) and two weeks (for six-month memberships). Please consult your personal host for further information.

Is there a trial period available for potential members to experience the facilities before committing to a membership?

You can take advantage of our Guest Program to try the facilities and experience world’s class service. If you decide to transition to a Full Membership, your €100 fee can be credited toward your upgrade.

Are family or partner memberships available, and if so, what are the details?

Absolutely, at West 65 Wellness & Spa, we offer various membership options tailored to meet your needs. Please refer to the memberships page for further information.

What is the cancellation policy for memberships, and are there any fees involved?

Membership cancellation and refund is not available however we are able to offer discretionary membership freezing in certain circumstances.
