Absolutely. Our personal trainers are fully qualified and will carry out an initial assessment to ensure that your programme is tailored to meet your current fitness level and goals. These will be reviewed and re-adjusted as goals and fitness levels change.
Yes, we do. After a consultation, your nutritional plan will be customised by our nutritionists together with our personal trainers. Please note this service carries an additional fee.
The operating hours for the Gym is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
