All payments will be effected in Serbian currency \u2013 dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.             West65 Spa d.o.o shall, without delay, issue a written confirmation of receipt of the complaint or confirm receipt electronically, including the reference number under which the complaint is registered.<\/p>

            A response to the complaint shall be provided no later than eight (8) days from the date of receipt, in written or electronic form.<\/p>

            The response shall include:<\/p>

            • a decision on acceptance or rejection of the complaint,<\/li>
            • justification in the event of rejection,<\/li>
            • a statement regarding the consumer\u2019s request,<\/li>
            • a proposal and deadline for complaint resolution.<\/li><\/ul>

              The deadline for resolving a complaint may be determined by mutual agreement between the service provider and the consumer.<\/p>

              If resolution within the agreed deadline is not possible for objective reasons, the service provider may request the consumer\u2019s consent to extend the deadline.<\/p>
